Challenge: Troutbeck sought to make the hotel and dining experience comfortable and sustainable for its guests.


Solution: Long term 20-year PACE financing enabled Troutbeck to replace their oil burning boiler with electric heat pumps and a high efficiency backup propane boiler and to install high efficiency lighting, insulation, and energy efficient windows.
